About Bube's Brewery Located In Mount Joy Pennsylvania
The Bottling Works is a restaurant and tavern in the original bottling plant of Bube's Brewery. Here, the beer and soft drinks were bottled, and the water for making beer was drawn from our limestone caverns below. Adjacent to the Bottling Works is an outdoor Biergarten reminiscent of a drinking garden one may have found in Mr. Bube's Bavarian homeland. In the middle of the Biergarten is the huge original boiler and smokestack used to create the steam power necessary to run the brewery.
It seems right in line with the history of Bube's Brewery to brew up some "music" and "bottle" the "spirtis" from capturing the unique moments in a way that can be shared with the entire planet.
Bube's On Bonxo.Com is doing just that . . . mhmProductions captures high quality multi-track recordings of various featured artists live at Bube's the first Monday of each month and masters the recordings to post here on BONXO!
