Please check out my other running sites. While I get my site up and running, I'm going to add more pics and track of me at work. I call my studio my kitchen because of my ccooking jobs and I love to cook good food. I always try new things out, just like in my music. I always get down, dirty and greasy making things.

I got my nickname from grade school and coworkers due to my name and it looks like I put Crisco cooking oil in my hair. The healthy choice ha ha ha.
