| Redwing was/is essentially 2 incredibly talented brothers who simply enjoyed writing and playing music together. It was interesting and entertaining for them to hang out creating and recording their own music. At times, members of their family would hang out with them, sing, join in, and just have a blast. Everyone had fun. Thats what Redwing was/is about . It was never about Fame and Fortune and to this day, it still isn't. Along their way in life they incorporated other members and briefly played the circuit (s). But it always came back down to just the 2 brothers and playing their own music for their own personal enjoyment. Recorded over 25 years ago, the tracks you are about to hear have NEVER been released to the public. These are the original , Unedited, Uncut copies, left in tact and put onto CD (thanks to technology) . Theses Live, Raw , and Untouched recordings were made by the band (or just the brothers) at the time. No Studio was ever involved. Recorded via a high end sytem onto Reel to Reel, then later onto cassette, now onto computer, and CD. Inevitably, the tracks have suffered some integrity loss due to time and fading, but not enough to kill the quality, creativy and sheer unmatched natural smoothness and confidence of each member of Redwing. |
