Song detail

I composed and recorded this tune while attending California State University, Chico. I wrote it as a project for an Electronic Music class. It is a tribute to Emerson, Lake and Palmer and was inspired by the "Tarkus" album. Alternating between 5/8 and 6/8, its bit manic and unnerving, perhaps.

2007.05.15 rapster	you went to chico state mark? small world indeed.. I graduated from sonoma state and use to play in bands there (david laflamme).. and loved to swim in the gorge lol.. and I DO remember tarkus.. I really like the mixed meters on this one.. great bassline.
2006.11.01 MARSHIAN PROJEKT	You sure get around Mark Jeez I can hear loads of influences from the crossover daze. Drummers nightmare!
2006.05.18 Dan Regna	Really digging this alot! Some parts remind me a bit of "Jazz From Hell" by Frank Zappa. Love the thumpin bass mixed in with the leads. The drums couldn't be better in my opinion, really unique post, added to my playlist. Great work!
2006.05.18 Joby	Hey, not really unnerving as I'm racing in my Porche along California's PCH travelling 150 or more miles an hour!
