It is difficult to label Three Legged Fox as a specific genre of music, but perhaps the best description is organic roots rock. Hailing from Philadelphia, PA, and Newark, DE, Three Legged Fox has quickly developed a loyal local following. The debut album entitled "Ideas" was written, recorded and released in less than a year after the band was formed. After listening to the CD or catching a live performance, it is very hard to believe that the talent, chemistry, and enthusiasm of Three Legged Fox could have possibly evolved into what it is today in just one year. However, it is a fact.
Three Legged Fox has been blessed to share the stage with numerous national recording artists such as Soldiers of Jah Army (SOJA), Jeffrey Gaines, and Ballyhoo. Three Legged Fox has also graced the stage at some of the more reputable premier music venues in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York and Maryland, such as Grape Street and the Trocadero in Philadelphia, PA, the Rusty Rudder and the Starboard in Dewey Beach, DE, the Lion's Den in New York City, as well as the 8X10 Club in Baltimore, MD. Three Legged Fox were selected to showcase at the NACA Mid-Atlantic regional conference in October and were also selected as a featured performer at the 6th annual Mid-Atlantic Music Conference in Charlotte, NC, taking place this November. |
